TELLING THE TRUTH

Written by Madelyn Houlihan (age 12)
Four panel comic. Comic panel one is split in two. The left side shows a girl in pink sitting at a table building a block tower. A girl in green is standing looking at the tower with a frown on her face. The girl in pink is singing, "La la la," and the girl in green has a thought bubble showing a sad face. The right side of panel one shows the girl in green with a mean look on her face, arms outstretched, and the block tower toppled. The girl in pink says, "Ahh" and the girl in green has a mean-face thought bubble.

Comic panel two shows the girl in pink frowning and telling an adult, "She broke my block tower." The adult thinks, "Oh dear."

Comic panel three shows the adult asking the girl in green, "Why?" and the girl in green responds, "Sorry, I got mad" with a thought bubble of her remembering knocking over the block tower.

Comic panel four shows the adult saying, "Thank you for telling the truth" and the girl in green says, "Yay."
